- Klausytis gatvės muzikanto atliekamų Foje dainų Gedo prospekte gaudant wifi prie Novotel viešbučio. Lietuviška muzika! Gatvėje! Gyvai!
(Listening to lithuanian musician playing lithuanian band Foje songs in Gediminas avenue while you're trying to catch Wi-Fi near the hotel. Lithuanian music! In the street! Live!)

- Sutikti buvusį kolegą fotografą, važinėtis lyjant lietui, kalbėti valandų valandas ir juoktis iki ašarų.
(To meet an old fellow colleague, to drive in the rain, talk for hours and laugh till tears.)

- Kaitinti nugarą saulutėje ir skaityti knygą pievoje prie balto tilto.

(Heating the back in the sun and reading a book in the meadow near the White Bridge.)

- Nustebti išgirdus praeivius kalbančius kitomis kalbomis, o ne stebėtis, kad visi kalba lietuviškai :)

(To be surprised when you hear the passers-by talkin' foreign languages, and not to be surprised anymore that they talk lithuanian.)

- Išgirsti ne tik save, bet ir kitus, besistebinčius Vilniumi. Koja už kojos vaikštinėjančių praeivių nugirstas sūnaus klausimas mamai: "Kiek laiko nebuvai šioje gatvėje, mama? 10 metų?"
(To hear people feelin' the same as you - surprised by being in Vilnius. I've heard a short talk between the sun and mother: "When was the last time when you've been walking in this street, Mom? 10 years ago?"

- Žiūrėti senoviškus vintage filmus ir žinoti, kad bet kada gali nueiti šokti lindyhopo! Sutikti ten draugų ir, apskritai, jaustis savas kaip namie.
(To watch old vintage movies knowing that you can go out dancing lindyhop anytime! To meet your friends in community and to feel as at home.)

-  Važinėtis dviratuku ir užsukti į Žvėryną tiesiog tam, kad aplankytum tiltą ir pažvelgtum į vakarinį Vilnių.

(To drive your bike in your beloved district Zverynas just because you want to visit a bridge and to look at beautiful Vilnius in the evening.)


- Su drauge vakare valgyti karštą šokoladą ir galų gale pažiūrėti tą filmą, ko taip seniai norėjai ir vis ieškojai tam tinkamo žmogaus ir progos.
(To eat hot chocolate with a good friend of yours and to watch a movie. The one you wanted for such a long time but you've been waiting for the right time and person.)

- Eiti gedo prospekto ir netikėtai sutikti draugus, su jais pakvaišusiai dainuoti Liūdnų slibinų koncerte ir visiškai neįdomu, kad kiti aplinkui taip nedaro. O paskui vakare kartu rėkauti į TV ekraną už lietuvius, žaidžiančius kašį su Vokiečiais. (vokiečiai, nepykstam)
(To walk in Gediminas avenue to meet friends by accident, to sing with them in the concert of Sad Dragons like crazy without any care that knowone is doing that around. And then to scream for lithuanians watching them on TV playing basketball with germans. We won! (my german friends, don't be angry :P )

 - Skaityti užrašus ant sienų lietuviškai.

- Ir dar va tokius. Nežinau, kaip tau, bet užraše matau tokią stiprią ironiją, kad net juokinga šiek tiek.

(I don't know about you but these words sound ironic to me and patriotic at the same time. Which one to choose to be my opinion?)
